Gigi works from a private studio at 12636 Poway Road, Ste 4, Studio 15, Poway, CA 92064. It is a one-on-one space, so there are no other clients in the room during your appointment. Many guests drive in from Rancho Bernardo, Scripps Ranch, Carmel Mountain, Escondido and greater San Diego.

Tuesday through Friday, 10am to 6pm. Saturday availability is 10-6, by request. The studio is closed Sunday and Monday. Online booking is the fastest way to see open times.

Balayage is a freehand painting technique where lightener is applied by hand to chosen sections of hair, rather than set in a foil pattern. The result is a gradual, natural-looking blend that grows out softly, with no harsh line at the root.

Lived-in blonde is a low-maintenance, dimensional blonde with a soft, blended root. Because the transition is gradual, you can usually go many weeks between color visits, and the grow-out looks intentional instead of overdue.

Gigi's blonding is offered in three levels: Blonde Babe at $209, Blonde Bombshell at $308 and Blonde Barbie starting at $407. Blonde Barbie includes its finishing toner. Separate toner refreshes, haircuts and other add-ons are priced independently. The website shows the revised studio menu; GlossGenius may still show previous prices until its menu is updated. Call or text before booking if an amount differs. Gigi confirms the final price before the service begins.

Plan on a generous block of time. Blended balayage is done carefully by hand and includes a consultation, a gloss or toner, a shampoo with scalp and neck massage, a hot towel and a style. Darker starting points and the Blonde Barbie level take the longest.

A dry cut means shaping the hair while it is dry, so Gigi sees exactly how it sits, parts and moves in real life. It is especially useful for shags, bangs, long layers and face framing.

Start with a complimentary color correction consultation. Gigi will look at your hair in person, talk through your history and tell you honestly what is realistic, how many visits it may take, and what it will cost.
