Lived-in blonde

Lived-in blonde for San Diego, soft at the root and bright in the light.

A lived-in blonde looks like you were born lucky, spent summers outside and never think about your roots. Gigi builds it in a private Poway studio for clients across San Diego County.

What makes blonde lived-in

Lived-in means the color moves. There is shadow at the root, brightness through the mids and a gloss that keeps everything warm, cool or neutral to match you.

The point is a grow-out that looks good at week four and still looks good at week twelve.

Warm, neutral, cool or champagne

San Diego light is strong and forgiving. Gigi chooses tone with your skin, your eyes and your wardrobe in mind, whether that is buttery, sand, pearl or champagne.

Between appointments, a toner refresh (starting at $55) or toner and styling refresh ($99) can keep the tone right.

Maintenance, honestly

Expect a toner or gloss refresh now and then, a purple or blue-leaning shampoo only if Gigi recommends one, and a root touch-up starting at $110 if you want your base kept consistent.

Every visit includes at-home education so you know exactly what to use and what to skip.

Where to start

The Blonde Bombshell at $308 is the classic lived-in blonde. Blonde Babe at $209 suits subtle dimension and Blonde Barbie, starting at $407, handles the biggest transformations.

Questions, answered

What is the difference between balayage and lived-in blonde?

Balayage is the painting technique. Lived-in blonde is the finished look: dimensional, blended and low maintenance. Gigi often uses balayage to create it.

How long does lived-in blonde last?

The grow-out is gradual, so the color stays wearable for a long time. Tone naturally softens, and a gloss or toner brings it back.

Do you serve clients outside Poway?

Yes. Clients travel from across San Diego, including Rancho Bernardo, Scripps Ranch, Carmel Valley, Escondido and Ramona.
